As of 1 January, Lourdes Domínguez has assumed the role of General Manager, while Eva Villaverde, who has led the company for more than two decades, continues to play a key role as Executive Chairwoman.

Eva Villaverde, daughter of Jesús Villaverde, founder of BTV in 1962, has been a fundamental pillar in the evolution of our company. For more than 20 years, she has successfully led the professionalisation of the business, expanded its international presence, and developed innovative solutions for our customers. In her new role as Executive Chairwoman, Eva will focus on fostering strategic partnerships, accelerating international expansion, and leading the Group’s technological transformation.
For her part, Lourdes Domínguez, who joined the company in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer, brings solid experience in strategic leadership and operational management. Prior to joining BTV Group, Lourdes held key positions in technology companies within the software and retail sectors, where she led business transformation projects as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Head of Human Resources.
Her previous experience in these technology-driven companies has been crucial in strengthening BTV Group’s operational structure and steering it towards a more innovative approach. This new challenge represents a unique opportunity for her to continue driving technological innovation, transforming processes, and ensuring that we successfully and responsibly meet future challenges.
